We may ask about lot rent, park approval, utilities, the title and any repairs. This keeps the conversation realistic for both sides.

We review the home
We look at recent comparable mobile home sales, the condition and what the park or land allows.

You review what we can do
We explain our thinking in plain language. There is no obligation to accept anything.

Closing on your timeline
If it makes sense, we coordinate the title transfer, park approval and closing date around your schedule.
